- Integrated Facility Management (IFM):
- Lead a diverse team of 40 direct reports and matrix employees.
- Manage a 1.5m square foot, 3 building campus which houses our client’s most critical business units.
- Responsible for all facility operations, including maintenance, janitorial, and utilities, ensuring seamless service delivery at scale.
- Ensure proactive programs are implemented and aggressively managed for highest-level customer satisfaction.
- Manage vendor relationships and drive performance through measurable service-level agreements.
- Engineering and Sustainability:
- Lead the operation, and maintenance of advanced building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and IoT-enabled platforms.
- Champion sustainability initiatives that advance our client’s carbon neutrality and energy efficiency goals.
- Drive internal teams to pilot innovative engineering solutions, with a focus on environmental impact and cost reduction.

- Curate an inspiring workplace that fosters creativity, collaboration, and productivity.
- Design on-site services, amenities, and programs that enhance employee well-being.

- Occupancy Planning and Space Management:
- Implement strategic occupancy plans aligned with client work models and evolving business needs.
- Oversee space utilization analytics to ensure efficient use of real estate assets.
- Lead campus-wide space planning, including seamless execution of relocations, expansions, and re-configurations.
- Projects Management:
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of capital projects, including renovations, new construction, and major system upgrades.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines while ensuring alignment with our client’s long-term goals.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver innovative and sustainable projects on time and within budget.
- Proactively manage risks, stakeholder expectations, and project governance to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Leadership and Collaboration:
- Build, mentor, and lead a multidisciplinary team of facilities, engineering, project management, and workplace professionals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, providing strategic guidance on facilities and capital project investments.
- Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, Sustainability, and Real Estate.
- Innovation and Technology:
- Leverage technological expertise to implement AI-driven building systems and data analytics platforms.
- Identify and deploy cutting-edge solutions that enhance operational efficiency, sustainability, and workplace experience.
- Partner with internal product teams to showcase and pilot new technologies within HQ operations.
- Health, Safety, and Compliance:
- Ensure all operations and projects meet safety, health, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Implement robust emergency response and business continuity plans for HQ operations.
- Manage risk across all facility operations and capital projects to safeguard employees, assets, and brand reputation.
- Finance & Performance Management:
- Ensure all baseline Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met.
- Budget ownership including a full understanding of budget variances, forecasting, developing and implementing savings initiatives, and developing and implementing "shovel ready" projects.
- Achieve incentive KPI goals by delivery above-and-beyond value to the client
- Mentor and coach team members to achieve on-time deliverables and forecasts.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, business, architecture, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10 years of leadership experience with specific HQ campus experience in facilities operations, engineering, or workplace management, with significant experience in managing capital projects.
- Experience commissioning new facilities is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with a CMMS
- Proven ability to manage executive and/or critical facilities with exceptional service results
- Expertise in IFM, sustainability initiatives, smart building systems, and workplace trends.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of aligning diverse teams to achieve strategic goals.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, project management tools, and workplace management software.
- Prior experience delivering outsourced services to clients
- LEED or WELL certification
- IFMA certifications
- Experience with agile workplace strategies and hybrid work environments

Salary : $189,800 - $249,600
