As a Summer Intern in Data Analysis at JLL, you will:
- Perform accurate and timely data entry to maintain up-to-date records and ensure data integrity across various systems.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation to streamline operations and facilitate knowledge transfer within the team.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across multiple platforms to ensure security and compliance with organizational policies.
- Execute diverse administrative tasks to support daily operations, including scheduling, file management, and correspondence handling.
- Apply creative problem-solving techniques to address complex issues, develop innovative solutions, and improve operational efficiency.
- Dates: June 2, 2025 – August 8, 2025
- Location: Chicago, IL
- Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree, with 2-3 years completed majoring in Business, Finance or Accounting.
- Strong financial acumen
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think and work independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
- Ability to work with multiple people on a variety of differing projects and meet assigned deadlines
- Desire to learn more about our industry
