This exciting role will be a critical part of our global Executive Recruitment team and will help to source talent for the most senior roles across our business. Working in close partnership with the recruiters and hiring managers, you will ensure delivery of key senior talent to the business.

- Identifies executive level talent from a variety of sources. Serves as a resource to recruiters and executive hiring managers to find and cultivate candidates across all JLL business groups
- Builds executive talent pipelines through name generation across various markets and companies
- Maps target organizations and build organizational charts based on research and discussions
- Gathers data around competition and market conditions or trends that may impact our ability to find and hire the right talent
- Challenges the status quo through meaningful data that informs a better and stronger recruiting process
- Demonstrates skill in recruiting research methods which will primarily focus on name generation. May include cold calling depending on role
- Actively participates in intake calls with executive level hiring managers and provides intel on market conditions that help to inform the search strategy
- Works with Recruiter/HRBP to identify internal talent and inclusively seeks diverse external talent through formal and informal networks. Connector of talent across geographies and business lines.
- Familiarizes the recruiting team with opportunities and mediums to find talent, keeping cost and quality in mind at all times.
- Builds strong relationships with candidates to develop a strong virtual bench and create a world class candidate experience.
- Attends industry events and forums and shares best practices with the boarder sourcing team
- Leads special projects and initiatives focused on improving recruitment operations and elevating the sourcing team’s capabilities
- Acts as a SME for the sourcing team and plays a critical role in onboarding and training new hires
- Represents JLL externally as a cultural steward with the utmost integrity and strong focus on quality relationships.
- Creates a strong brand identity through the use of JLL’s social media platform
- Creates marketing materials and looks for opportunities to brand JLL in new markets as well as in the areas of highest demand
- 4 year college degree
- The ideal candidate will possess 5 or more years of experience as a sourcer or talent researcher from an executive search firm or talent agency
- Ability to deliver quality results within the expected time frame

- Quickly understands the needs of the candidate and hiring manager
- Solid expertise in a variety of research methods specific to recruiting. Must be able to cold call and compile qualifications based on position profile
- Maximizes the JLL social media platform and other branding opportunities externally
- Maintains strong knowledge of competition and advises on potential trends that may influence recruiting
- Tech savvy - easily adopts and leverages technology to work more efficiently
