We are currently hiring a Sourcer/Recruitment Trainee to assist with the high volume of growth at MedPro Disposal.

What You Will Do:
- Source and begin the screening process for the recruitment team.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify sourcing strategies and provide feedback on the findings.
- Find and engage qualified candidates.
- Identify talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs and maintain candidate database.
- Perform administrative and office support functions such as composing and preparing confidential correspondence.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
What You Need:
- A keen eye for detail
- Critical thinking skills
- Experience sourcing using LinkedIn and Indeed preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows and the Microsoft Office suite of products
- Ability to learn new software programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- A positive attitude even in intense situations with tight deadlines
- Exceptional organizational skills, thinking ahead on tasks to anticipate future needs and/or potential challenges that may arise.
- Ability to problem solve, adapt, prioritize, and collaborate effectively.
