What this job involves - The Experience Services Meetings & Events Coordinatorwill provide support to the Workplace Manager with all aspects of the planning and execution of internal meetings and events including reservations, room setup, catering, rentals, and audio/visual (AV). The Experience Services Ambassador will be the main point of contact for meetings and events held in the on-site conference center and assist with off-site events as necessary. The Experience Services Ambassador is responsible for delivering exceptional experiences for our client's employees and guests every day through proactive communication and high touch hospitality focused service. The role is Client facing and the Experience Services Ambassador must be able to exhibit exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Execute high-profile meetings and events with senior executive participation, delivering exceptional experiences.
Serve as the primary point of contact for conference center clients, ensuring timely response to all requests and consulting on event needs.
Manage all aspects of conference center operations, including scheduling, catering, AV troubleshooting, and logistics.
Exceed client expectations by consistently delivering high standards of care and anticipating their needs.
Collect and integrate feedback from stakeholders and attendees for continuous improvement efforts.
Support administrative tasks for the conference center and off-site events, including quotes and presentations.
Foster relationships with clients, vendors, and service providers to ensure seamless coordination and execution of work.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree desired or equivalent work experience
1-3 years of experience in event planning, project management, hospitality, event planning or related field
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook)
Estimated compensation for this position is: $44,000 - $52,000
