Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Site Surveillance Technician (CSST) to conduct thorough surveys of clients' properties, following established sampling procedures. Key responsibilities include performing environmental hazard surveys, accurately completing Chain-of-Custody forms, preparing detailed inspection reports, delivering exceptional customer service, and meeting scheduled appointments. The ideal candidate will possess working knowledge of asbestos, lead, and mold inspections, with certifications in asbestos and lead handling being highly regarded.
Key Requirements
The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or G.E.D., customer service experience, and proficiency in wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). They must also be physically capable of climbing ladders, carrying approximately 50 pounds throughout the workday, and available to work 40-50 hours per week. A motivated, team-player attitude is essential for this role.
