We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Site Surveillance Technician (CSST) to join our team at JLM Environmental. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough surveys of clients' properties, following established sampling procedures. This includes performing environmental hazard surveys, accurately completing Chain-of-Custody forms, and preparing detailed inspection reports. You will also deliver exceptional customer service, meet scheduled appointments, and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate will possess working knowledge of asbestos, lead, and mold inspections, with certifications in asbestos and lead handling being highly regarded.
Requirements and Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or G.E.D., customer service experience, and proficiency in wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). They must also be physically capable of climbing ladders, carrying approximately 50 pounds throughout the workday, and available to work 40-50 hours per week. A motivated, team-player attitude is essential for this role.
