Responsibilities
- Provide clerical support by managing correspondence, filing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist in training development for new employees and provide ongoing support to enhance team performance.
- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and directing them appropriately and dealing with current and potential clients.
- Manage budgeting activities, including tracking expenses and preparing financial reports on a weekly basis.
- Utilize QuickBooks for invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping.
- Oversee schedule management to ensure effective time allocation for meetings and appointments.
- Maintain accurate files and records to support organizational efficiency.
- Collaborate with human resources on employee onboarding processes and maintain personnel records.
- Manage medical office operations if applicable, ensuring compliance with health regulations and standards.
- Plan and coordinate events as needed to foster team engagement and company culture.
- Conducting payroll on a weekly basis.
