Join a fun and energetic team at Jlounge! We are looking for an energetic profressional with reception experience who wants to grow with us.
The ideal candidate is someone who is friendly, professional and has a passion for the spa industry. Experienced in customer service and a busy spa or retail environment, organized and detail-oriented, team player who learns quickly and has strong follow-up skills. This position will be the first point of contact for clients at J Lounge and, must embody our core values, including greeting and assisting clients in a polite, welcoming, empathetic, professional and patient manner. Creating a seamless and elevated customer experience for our guests. This position will require the upkeep and operational flow of the spa and our boutique, as well as accuracy and attention to detail when booking and confirming client appointments. Including an elevated knowledgeable about the services and products we offer, attend regularly scheduled department and staff meetings. We are looking for someone energetic and warm, who wants to grow with us and take on more responsibility with time.
Responsibilities
- Answer all phone calls and respond to all messages (voicemail and e-mail)
- Appointment Setting, Daily Schedules, Sending Confirmations, etc.
- Act as first point of contact (knowledge center) for guests
- Housekeeping Duties (Laundry, Refreshments, Retail Recovery, Stocking, ect.)
- Check in/out all guests, running all transactions throughout the day
- Managing all Client Accounts
- Selling Retail and Skincare products
- Take on additional responsibilities as necessary and keep busy during down times at the reception desk.
- Assist with scheduling

High level of Customer Service and sales experience.
- Experience with G-Suite, Excel and POS systems, preferably booker software, or MindBody.
High school diploma and beyond, with relevant work experience
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and multitask

- Excellent communication, planning, and hospitality skills
- Work availability that matches the needs of the business
- Retail experience a plus
- Basic computer use skills- light use of Excel, Web based e-mail, with Mac and PC and G-Suite Experience with Booker or MindBody Software a plus but not required.
Hours per week:
- 20-25 hours a week with the opportunity to grow with the company.
