About the Role:
JLS Real Estate is seeking an Industrial Development Analyst to support the evaluation, planning, and advising on industrial real estate projects. This role involves conducting market research, financial analysis, and strategic planning for investment decisions in properties such as warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop pro forma financial models and cost-benefit analyses for potential developments.
- Conduct market research on industrial real estate trends, including supply, demand, and vacancy rates.
- Assist with site selection, zoning laws, environmental impact, and logistical factors.
- Provide support in project planning, permitting, and construction timelines.
- Provide data-driven recommendations on industrial property acquisitions and dispositions.
Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in financial modeling and Excel.
- Experience in market research and data analysis.
- Understanding of zoning, permitting, and land use regulations.
- Knowledge of industrial leasing and investment metrics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
