We are seeking a Senior Real Estate Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of

experience in underwriting and analyzing multifamily syndication deals. The

ideal candidate will be a numbers-driven, detail-oriented professional who

Responsibilities:

• Underwriting & Financial Analysis: Perform in-depth financial modeling

and analysis on 100 unit multifamily real estate deals, including

sensitivity analyses, cash flow projections, and investment return

calculations.

• Deal Assessment: Analyze investment opportunities and provide

recommendations based on financial viability, risk assessment, and

alignment with investment goals.

• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to evaluate

economic trends, property performance, and demographic shifts that

impact investment decisions.• Due Diligence Support: Participate in the due diligence process for new

acquisitions, including reviewing financial documents, rent rolls, T-12s,

and performing site visits as necessary.

• Reporting & Presentation: Prepare detailed financial reports and

presentations for senior management, investors, and partners to support

decision-making.

• Economic Trend Monitoring: Stay current on economic trends, interest

rates, and real estate market conditions that impact underwriting

assumptions and strategies.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the acquisitions team, lending partners,

and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of deals.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience underwriting and analyzing multifamily real estate

investments, specifically syndication deals with 100 unit properties.

• Strong understanding of real estate economics, capital markets, and key

financial metrics, including NOI, IRR, cap rates, and cash-on-cash

returns.

• Exceptional financial modeling skills in Excel or other financial software,

with an ability to create dynamic models for multifamily underwriting.

• Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and communicate

findings in a clear and concise manner.

• Experience with due diligence processes, including evaluating financial

statements, market analysis, and risk assessments.

• A passion for numbers and an ability to see the bigger economic picture.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

• Bonus: Knowledge of real estate investment software such as Argus,

RealPage, or CoStar.
