Our core business is expanding and we are adding to our industry leading field sales team. The F&I Specialist will be tasked with providing one-on-one training to dealer partner’s F&I Managers, achieving performance objectives on assignments, and supporting JM&A’s field management with exceeding dealer expectations. The F&I Specialist role is part of our development program, built to deliver value to our dealers and grow our associates into leaders of their area. After demonstrating mastery of core process, technology, training, and communication skills, F&I Specialists are eligible for promotion. The start date for this F&I Specialist class will be June 19th, 2023.
