Position Summary
The Senior HR Manager will play a critical role in leading and managing key human resources functions during the implementation of Oracle Fusion. This position requires expertise in organizational design, change management, talent acquisition, and strategic HR leadership to support a seamless transition while aligning HR practices with overall business objectives. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, the Senior HR Manager will drive employee engagement, enhance organizational readiness, and ensure HR systems and processes are effectively optimized post-implementation.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Organizational Design & Structure :
- Lead the design, analysis, and implementation of an optimized organizational structure in alignment with the business goals and the Fusion ERP system.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and department heads to define roles, responsibilities, reporting structures, and team capabilities in a new system environment.
- Work with department heads to define and rollout team members goals and objectives.
- Ensure that the organizational structure supports the future needs of the business post-Fusion implementation.
