Position Summary
Our global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (TA-COE) team is expanding, and we are excited to invite an Intern to join us on this journey. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will have the chance to showcase your talent and creativity while learning from a global team with over 50 years of combined recruitment experience across all levels.
In this role, you will support JM Huber’s Talent Acquisition COE through projects within Employer Branding, Talent Attraction, and Candidate Experience. You will also learn how to utilize sourcing tools and launch recruitment strategy via shadowing teammates and assisting on searches.
This position is an 8-10-week program from June-August and will be on a 3 / 2 Hybrid schedule, based at our HQ in Atlanta, GA (Cobb Galleria).
Responsibilities
- Support in developing and standardizing engaging job postings.
- Assist in planning social media content and TA promotional materials.
- Gain a holistic business understanding through collaboration with cross-functional and global teams.
- Provide project support for North America and Global Talent Acquisition initiatives as needed.
- Learn, develop, and apply Boolean searches in LinkedIn Recruiter to support candidate sourcing.
