Role Overview:
The Recruiting Intern will support various talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives, contributing to key areas such as passive sourcing, candidate pipeline development, reporting, and process automation. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the recruitment lifecycle, giving the intern practical experience with modern recruitment tools and strategies while collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team. This internship is ideal for students interested in exploring a career in talent acquisition, HR, or people operations, and ready to gain practical experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
\n- Assist in passive sourcing of candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Support pipeline tagging and development of nurture campaigns for future talent engagement.
- Help generate and analyze recruiting reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate on automating workflows and improving processes within Lever (ATS).
- Translate Korn Ferry (KF) job descriptions into marketable job postings that attract top talent.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts through content and campaign support.
- Participate in team meetings and assist with project tracking and documentation.
- Help maintain candidate and job data integrity across systems.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to identify ideal candidate profiles.
- Provide general administrative support for the recruiting team as needed.
- Current college student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in managing candidate or job data.
- Solid time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively.
- Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, or employer branding.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (such as Lever) is a plus.
- Demonstrated initiative and curiosity, with a desire to improve processes.
- Strong sense of discretion and professionalism, especially when handling confidential information.
- Adaptability and openness to working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
