Qualifications:
*similar Chef de Cuisine or Executive Sous Chef experience
*Must have experience in kitchen operational systems. (payroll, ordering, inventory)
*Strong tenure a must
*High volume experience a must
*Experience in scratch kitchens
Responsibilities:
*Assist in overseeing all kitchen operations, including managing line cooks, prep cooks, and kitchen staff.
*Ensure the consistent preparation and presentation of food according to companies recipes and quality standards.
*Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff, focusing on culinary skills, kitchen safety, and efficiency
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
