Large Resort in Charlotte Harbor is looking for a Housekeeping Manager to join their team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five (5) - seven (7) years in a supervisory role
- Experience with Forbes Star and AAA Diamond standard a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish Preferred
- 400 rooms experience preferred
Responsibilities:
Leads the daily operations of the housekeeping and public areas department including all guest rooms, suites, laundry facilities, public spaces and other departmental areas to ensure they are well maintained, restocked, and cleaned effectively.
- Reports to Director of Rooms
- Oversees 6 Assistant Managers and 4 leads
- Department contains 20 housekeepers/housepersons
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
