Qualifications:
- 4-5 years in an Executive Sous/CDC role.
- Experience managing multi-unit operations, including a la carte restaurants and banquets/events.
- Strong background in a variety of cuisines, upscale/fine dining preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in directing multi-unit operations for an expansive luxury property.
- Collaborate with the Culinary leadership team to develop seasonal menu offerings for the restaurant and banquets.
- Engage with high-profile guests in a professional and positive manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
