What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Receivable Administrator position at JM TEST SYSTEMS LLC?
Job Summary: The Accounts Receivable (AR) Account Administrator performs a variety of accounting and bookkeeping duties related to disbursement of customer purchase orders, updating daily invoice batches, and emailing daily invoice numbers to AR Clerks for the purpose of reaching corporate invoicing goals. Work involves entering invoices in portals, requesting new and sub accounts, following up on work orders and delegating work to billing specialist. The primary goals are to ensure customer accounts are managed correctly and incoming revenue is received and credited appropriately.
Training and Experience: Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable experience. On-the-job training will be provided.
Abilities Required: Dependable with ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
