Rental Check-out Clerk Responsibilities:
Sends Early Bird Emails daily with order details, calibration certificates, rental terms, and return instructions. Processes and completes orders on time, handling up to 50 pieces unassisted while verifying functionality and replacing accessories. Prepares for future orders by coordinating with the Lab and updating the Rental Database. Maintains the QA finish shelf, organizes rental inventory, and ensures equipment is calibrated, stocked, and ready for shipment. Scans and saves datasheets for accurate record-keeping.
