Your Role:
As a Store Front Clerk, you will be the face of our inside sales and rental operations, ensuring customers receive top-tier service. Your responsibilities will include:
Checking equipment status for customers
Providing product cost information for calibration services
Coordinating customer equipment pickups and updating logs
Managing rental returns and processing credit card payments
Assisting new customers with account setup
Disinfecting, labeling, and preparing incoming equipment
Maintaining accurate customer records
What You Bring:
Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills (written & verbal)
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
A proactive and detail-oriented mindset
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
