The VOE Processor provides clerical support to the Underwriting department.
Responsibilities
- Perform verbal verifications of employment
- Support Underwriting department with clerical task
- Order supporting documentation request. examples: soft pulls, SSA and 4506
- Conducting fraud alert verifications
- Conducting adverse action request
- Backup reception
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience required
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to work cooperatively & professionally in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail, organization, & communication skills
- Ability to work well under time constraints & meet deadlines needed.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize & be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
- Demonstrates flexibility in responding to changes in assignment & job responsibility in a dynamic environment
- Strong PC skills required including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word & Excel
- Focus on providing high quality customer service required
