Executive Assistant for Indo-Pacific Regional Director

Job Summary :
We are seeking an administrative professional to support the OSIP, INDO PACIFIC Regional Director. Key responsibilities include managing the Director’s calendar, organizing meetings and video conferences, and overseeing correspondence in accordance with DoD standards. The role involves coordinating travel arrangements, tracking budgets, and assisting with onboarding new personnel. Additional duties include escorting distinguished visitors, maintaining office records, and developing standard operating procedures. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in administrative tasks.
Primary Duties :
- Serve as the administrative point of contact for the OSIP, INDO PACIFIC Regional Director.
Maintain the Director’s daily calendars and ensure operations are accomplished in a timely, professional manner.
Required Qualifications and Skills :
This job is a full-time, Monday through Friday position that operates year-round.
This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. Limited travel may be required.
