Job Title: Fusion Analyst
Location: Ft Shafter, HI

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fusion Analyst to support all-source operational environments, mission management, and collection management activities at Ft Shafter, HI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intelligence analysis, particularly within the INDOPACOM area of responsibility, with expertise in East Asian nations' order of battle and ground domain awareness.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct all-source analysis and contribute to mission and collection management.
- Produce intelligence reports in accordance with ICD 203 analytic tradecraft standards.
- Develop and maintain situational awareness of INDOPACOM intelligence problem sets.
- Perform ground domain analysis, including order of battle and pattern-of-life assessments.
- Collaborate with multi-intelligence disciplines to address intelligence gaps and support targeting efforts.
- Provide shift work support as required.
- Utilize intelligence tools and software, including Palantir, Analyst's Notebook, or other relevant systems.
- Maintain organizational tracking mechanisms, compile analytic reports, and respond to intelligence tasks.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in all-source operational environments, mission management, or collection management as a trained Army 35F or branch equivalent.
- Proficiency in intelligence writing and ICD 203 analytic tradecraft standards.
- Expertise with INDOPACOM intelligence problem sets, particularly East Asian nations' order of battle and ground domain awareness.
- Ability to work in a shift-support environment.
- Educational requirements:
- HS diploma or GED and 11 years of total work experience, OR
- Associate’s Degree and 9 years of total work experience, OR
- Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of total work experience.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience at a Combatant Command or Service Center.
- Familiarity with operational intelligence centers and coordination efforts.
- Experience producing Ground Domain Multi-INT Fusion products, including pattern-of-life analysis and targeting support.
- Knowledge of intelligence disciplines such as HUMINT, IMINT, GEOINT, SIGINT, or OSINT, along with associated tools and data.
- Proficiency with intelligence software, including Palantir and Analyst's Notebook.
- Possession of excellent organizational skills for updating tracking mechanisms, compiling reports, and managing tasks.
- Certified Defense All-Source Analysis (CDASA) certification.
