This position provides a competitive hourly rate , an overtime rate , and comprehensive benefits . The Engine Technician troubleshoots, performs maintenance, and repairs aircraft engines and related aircraft components. Key responsibilities include : - Troubleshoot, repair, inspect and perform maintenance on engines and related aircraft problems - Remove / install / replace aircraft engines and accessories - Assist with performing complete engine runs - Assist with off-aircraft component repair - Perform mechanical / electrical removals and installations How to Excel in This Role : - You hold a valid Airframe & Powerplant Certificate . - You have at least 5 years of experience in heavy aircraft maintenance. - You bring prior experience in A / C turbine engine maintenance . - Experience with corporate or commercial jet aircraft is a plus. - Tug, forklift, and Ground Support Equipment qualifications are preferred. - Right to work in the United States JMC Aviation is expanding rapidly across North America, with multiple roles available across the USA and Canada.
