This role ensures employee relations (ER) principles and governance align with business objectives while fostering a strong people culture. It supports the development of a best-in-class ER function, ensuring employee concerns are addressed fairly, consistently, and in compliance with company values and laws. The position partners closely with the ER Director and HRBP function to deliver strategic HR support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide subject matter expertise on ER matters, corrective actions, and performance management.
- Conduct ER investigations on harassment, discrimination, retaliation, misconduct, and serious policy violations.
- Collaborate with HRBPs and Legal to ensure best practices in ER case resolution.
- Serve as the first point of contact for managing and resolving ER-related matters.
- Train and mentor PX Advisors on handling ER issues.
Requirements:
- Extensive Employee Relations (ER) experience with a focus on HRBP functions.
- Strong report writing skills.
- Experience in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday).
