Our client seeks an experienced Employee Relations Manager to support their team! The ideal candidate has in-depth Employee Relations expertise and previous experience working in a union environment.
This is a hybrid position based in Boston, Massachusetts.
Employee Relations Manager Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations issues by providing guidance and support to managers and supervisors.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints, partnering with HRBPs and Labor Relations to recommend actions.
- Advise on disciplinary processes and ensure fair, timely handling of employee relations cases.
- Interpret and administer Collective Bargaining Agreements while minimizing organizational risk.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to improve organizational climate and enhance the employee experience.
