What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Coordinator position at JMI Recruiting Services, LLC?
We are currently partnered with our client, an industrial manufacturer, with a Service Coordinator search in the Independence, Ohio area
Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for coordinating new projects in the installation and service schedule.
- Will receive incoming calls via phone or email, to create all job order information
- Will also bill service, time and materials for each project
- Will assist with project submittal creation.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in exceptional customer service within service-oriented industries, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical sectors.
- Ability to wear multiple hats
- Good Computer skills
