We are seeking a skilled Aviation Maintenance Instructor to join our team in the greater Salina, KS area.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of aviation maintenance principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities:
- Teach aviation maintenance courses to students
- Assess student learning and provide constructive feedback
- Participate in curriculum development and program evaluation
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve training programs
Qualifications:
Applicants must have the following qualifications to be considered for this role:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an aviation maintenance role
- Previous experience as an instructor or teacher in an FAA Part 147 environment
- FAA Mechanic Certification in both Airframe and Powerplant
