Candidates Must Have :
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a physical science discipline.
- 8 years of progressive leadership experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment producing semiconductors, glass, or related products.
- Demonstrated continuous improvement, factory development and new equipment evaluation experience.
- Experience developing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Extensive variation / defect reduction and process optimization experience.
- Strong background in data modeling and analysis.
