Requirements & Skills:
• Ability to understand and execute actions based on verbal and visual instructions.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 50 pounds
• Ability to walk, bend and/or climb continuously throughout the shift
• Tolerant of exposure to typical noises and smells associated with an industrial plant
• Performing repetitive motions for the duration of the shift
• Manual dexterity to operate a variety of machinery and equipment, including hand tools such as grinders, sanders and wood burners
• Ability to tolerate working in a variety of weather/indoor conditions, on uneven surfaces and in heights
• Ability to stand, sit or be in other physically demanding positions for long periods of time
• Ability to wear a half-mask respirator during operations throughout the shift
• Prior overhead crane experience preferred
