Temp to Hire Opportunity

Starting Pay: $25/hr

Shift(s): 1^st shift Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm – possible OT if need be – shift time can vary

Requirements & Skills:

·       High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field is preferred.

·       Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

·       Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, with experience in troubleshooting and repair.

·       Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.

·       Familiarity with safety regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and environmental health and safety (EHS) standards.

·       Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·       Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

·       Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Primary Duties Include:

·       Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal functioning.

·       Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues in machinery, equipment, and systems as needed.

·       Conduct diagnostics and provide timely, effective solutions to minimize downtime.

·       Maintain and repair a variety of equipment including pumps, motors, compressors, conveyors, and electrical circuits.

·       Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements in all maintenance activities.

·       Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.

·       Respond to emergency maintenance requests and provide support for unplanned equipment failures.

·       Collaborate with other maintenance personnel and departments to address and resolve any operational issues.

·       Assist with installation of new equipment and systems as needed.

·       Order and manage inventory of parts and materials for repairs and maintenance.
