Requirements & Skills:
·Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.
·Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
·Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
·Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
·High school diploma required.
Primary Duties Include:
·Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
·Manage phone calls and email correspondence.
·Provide excellent customer service to residents and applicants.
·Data entry.
·Filing and other general office duties.
·Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
