Shift(s): 1st
This position will be responsible for administration duties related to invoice processing, carrier bill of lading generation, stock receipt process, bin location changes, etc.
Requirements & Skills:
· 2 years in warehouse, transportation, logistics experience.
· High School Diploma or equivalent required.
· Proficient in Transportation Management Systems.
· Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
· Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
· Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of the internet, email, and Microsoft Office (Word,
· Excel).
Primary Duties Include:
- Oversee the check-in of all drivers.
- Communicates with sales regarding order changes or delays in shipping.
- Communicate customer problems, leads, and inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Hands out orders to the pickers and scans them in the system.
- Process open order reports
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
- Ability to lift/move 50lbs using proper lifting skills unassisted.
- Other duties as assigned.
