Duties
- Greet customers and provide them with information about various cannabis products, including strains, edibles, and concentrates.
- Assist customers in making informed decisions based on their preferences and needs.
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked display of products, ensuring that inventory is rotated and replenished as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Educate customers about responsible use, dosage recommendations, and legal regulations regarding cannabis consumption.
- Ensure compliance with all state laws and regulations related to the sale of cannabis products.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and product trends.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service is essential;
- Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and provide product information.
