Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting cannabis products based on their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about various strains, products, and consumption methods to educate customers effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Operate cash registers accurately, handling transactions with precision while ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and conducting regular stock checks.
- Monitor product quality and freshness, ensuring that all items meet company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience through effective communication and teamwork.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and local regulations related to cannabis sales.
Experience
Ideal candidates will possess the following skills:
