Business Analyst (SAP)

Our global retail client in Miami, FL, is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team!

This is a hybrid/full-time/3-month contract position with possible extension

Salary based on experience: Up to $75/hr

The Business Analyst will be a core member of the Global Strategic Project Portfolio Management Team, providing advanced business analysis support across a fast-paced and highly complex environment. This role requires experience in SAP systems and will involve close collaboration with stakeholders globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced business analysis services for Global Strategic Projects, including customer requirement analysis, functional evaluation, business process review and re-engineering, system specification, system testing, documentation, user training, user support, and change management.
• Support the Global Strategic Project Portfolio Manager and team in developing a roadmap for maintaining and enhancing applications and platforms across the global landscape.
• Participate in project planning activities.
• Conduct complex data analysis and present evidence-based solution options.
• Stay informed on sector and IT developments to leverage opportunities for the business.
• Assist in the development and delivery of company-wide training programs for both Global and Local users and teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across all departments globally to gather and refine requirements.
• Mentor and coach other Business Analysts to ensure best practices and consistency across the team.

Experience and Qualifications

• Substantial Business Analysis experience with demonstrated success in complex environments.
• Proven experience working with SAP systems, including modules such as SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, or SAP BW.
• Strong understanding of Waterfall, Agile, and other project management methodologies.
• Prior experience in change management practices.
• Experience with project management practices.
