Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a FULL OR PART TIME position with opportunities for growth and development.
Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Manage the office calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Perform data entry tasks to update records and maintain accurate databases
- Assist with office management duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
- Utilize COMPANY SOFTWARE to process invoices, track expenses, and manage financial records
- Enter orders into the system accurately and ensure timely fulfillment
- Transcribe documents, meeting minutes, and other important information as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a office or similar administrative role is preferred
- Strong clerical skills with proficiency in data entry and office management tasks
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
