Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Administrative Assistant will provide support to our office by performing various administrative tasks and ensuring efficient operations. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Type, proofread, and edit documents as needed
- Transcribe meeting minutes and distribute to relevant parties
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with basic customer support follow-up and documentation
Skills:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist is a plus
