Location: Titusville, NJ - Hybrid Schedule (3 days onsite)
Duration: 11 months
Pay Rate: $52.62 per hour

Please note that this is a contract role providing services to the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies through external staffing partners of Kelly OCG. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by a contract staffing supplier and will not be a member of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies.
Summary:
This position is for a frontline therapeutic specialist who will be responsible for engaging healthcare professionals across all therapeutic areas in rich clinical dialogue by responding to unsolicited medical inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Provide ad hoc customer support in the form of clinical discussions and/or literature search analysis.
- Assist with omnichannel processing and daily reconciliation support.
- Responsibilities also include compliance intake/reporting by identifying and documenting adverse event and/or product quality complaint(s).
- Interact with business partners external to the Medical Information Scientific Engagement (MISE).
Qualifications:
- Minimum of an advanced degree in Pharmacy (PharmD) is required with at least 2 yrs of experience
- Demonstrated ability to verbally communicate scientific information to healthcare professionals
- Experience managing complexity and ability to work independently
- Excellent computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Excellent analytical skill to identify gaps and root causes of issues and think out of the box to develop a solution.
- Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision to meet tight deadlines
- Medical writing experience and proven ability to conduct literature searches
- Experience developing responses to scientific inquiries from healthcare professionals and/or consumers
