Medical Information Specialist
Primary responsibility will be to support Medical Information Scientific Engagement functions including Technology and Capabilities activities, Reconciliations, Training, On-Boarding / Off-Boarding, Compliance and Settlements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Technology and Capabilities Support for GxP systems
System Training Administrator
UAT and Off-Script testing for GxP systems
Project Coordination and Logistical Support
Documentation Review (SOPs, Training, etc.)
Training and Compliance Programs and Processes Support
Support training and compliance programs and process meetings / updates.
Manage On-Boarding / Off-Boarding of personnel.
Oversee Training Reconciliation, Training Curriculum and Assignment Management, Ad-hoc reporting needs.
Perform training content reviews, training updates and suggest opportunities for training improvements / content.
Sharing knowledge and guidance regarding training and compliance trends.
Training Reporting and Analytics to identify coaching and trending opportunities.
Quality and Compliance Support
Review all daily compliance reports and follow-up with vendor on needed actions. Reconcile and log daily reports.
Support SCTDM / NCR investigations and processes.
Ensure all compliance inquiries are being responded to by vendor.
Partner with vendor QA team to identify training opportunities and provide clarification on processes.
Settlements
Process customer requests for product replacements, credits and refunds, including contacting customers (HealthCare Professionals or Consumers) via multiple channels (Genesys). Documenting in CRM system (i.e. Salesforce.com).
Reconciliations
Reconcile CRM interactions with various Omnichannel interactions to ensure no discrepancies.
Troubleshoot issues as needed.
Train agents on reconciliations responsibilities as needed.
Administrative and Financial Support :
Reconcile Monthly supplier invoices.
Purchase Order, eMP management, accrual, contract support.
Process hardcopy mail.
Administrative duties as needed.
Preferred Requirements :
Knowledge and support of client IT tools including, but not limited to :
Salesforce.com / iConnect / Genesys Cloud
Knowledge of Contact Center processes and policies
Knowledge of Medical Information processes and policies
Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Industry standards and compliance
