Responsibilities

- Oversee automotive repair processes, including diesel engine repair, air brake systems, and auto body repair.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records related to service operations.
- Implement upselling strategies to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with technicians to diagnose vehicle issues and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation, including service writing for customer interactions.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in automotive service and repair techniques.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the service area.
Experience
- Proven experience in automotive repair and service management is essential.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures is required.
- Knowledge of diesel engine repair, air brake systems, auto body repair, and suspension systems is highly desirable.
- Experience in automotive sales or upselling techniques is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Previous experience in service writing or managing a team within an automotive environment is preferred.
