We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and passionate individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in women’s fashion marketing, with a focus on analysis and organizational efficiency. You will work closely with our Marketing Director, Creative Director, and Creative Leads to execute marketing initiatives, create structure, and contribute to brand growth. This role is key in supporting the marketing department, and the ideal candidate will be eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to exciting projects in the fashion industry.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Collaborate with both the Marketing and Creative teams to execute marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless project coordination.
- Take meeting notes and communicate key information to relevant teams for follow-up.
- Assist with creating and maintaining marketing decks, calendars, and project timelines.
- Perform data entry and support in tracking key metrics and performance data.
- Assist on photoshoots, ensuring smooth logistics and coordination.
- Develop a strong understanding of our brand, ensuring all work aligns with our voice and values.
- Copywriting skills are a plus, contributing to content creation when needed.
