We’re growing and looking for our next superstar—a detail-obsessed, highly organized, resourceful Administrative & Operations Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes (but still fun!) environment.


You’ll be the behind-the-scenes glue that keeps our small team running like a well-oiled machine. From managing listings and contracts to helping us stay ahead on marketing, social, and client communications, you’ll wear many hats—and look great in all of them.


This is not your average assistant role. This is a launchpad for someone who wants to be deeply immersed in the luxury real estate world, learn from one of the best in the business, and make a real impact. As our right hand, you'll play a critical role in making sure nothing falls through the cracks—from managing listings and marketing to keeping us on track with showings, contracts, and client communication. What You’ll Do:

As our Administrative & Operations Manager, you’ll be the operational engine behind the scenes—ensuring that our systems are buttoned up, our clients are wowed, and our team is always one step ahead.

  • Run point on all things operations: systems, calendars, files, follow-up, and fine print. 
  • Manage listings & transactions from MLS entry to close—contracts, client updates, and everything in between. 
  • Coordinate showing schedules, listing presentations, market reports, support comparative market analysis, and seller updates with next-level professionalism.
  • Support team leads with client pipeline tracking, CRM management, and lead nurturing (you know how to follow up like a pro).
  • Keep our marketing machine humming: social media scheduling, email campaigns, direct mail, and content support. 
  • Serve as the right hand to the team leads—anticipating needs, keeping things on track, and making magic happen behind the curtain.
  • Community Service: support ad-hoc projects and special events for several causes close to our hearts. Be an integral part of giving back to make the world a better place.


You’ll Thrive in This Role If:

  • You have 2 years of real estate experience (admin, marketing, or transaction coordination preferred).
  • You’re proactive, growth-minded, and bring your A-game to every task—big or small.
  • You’re tech-savvy: Google Suite is second nature, and if you’ve touched Canva, or MLS platforms—major bonus.
  • You’re a systems thinker who loves organizing chaos and streamlining workflows.
  • Can handle sensitive information with discretion. 
  • Have a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to jump in wherever needed and pivot gracefully when things need to shift.
