Responsibilities
- Promote and market Top Tier North Baseball on all social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Promote players, camps, teams, gear, college commitments, alumni, and more.
- Utilize strong sports background and knowledge of baseball to enhance marketing efforts.
- Problem-solve and work creatively to generate new ideas for the company.
- Understand how to cut and edit video and slides to promote Top Tier North Baseball and the facility.
Summary
As the Marketing Director, you will lead our marketing initiatives within the dynamic sports industry, specifically focusing on baseball. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, your role will encompass developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that leverage your core expertise in marketing and premium skills in digital marketing, SEO, and multichannel marketing. You will drive brand awareness and engagement through innovative campaigns while utilizing relevant skills in performance marketing and content creation. Your leadership will be vital in enhancing our market presence and achieving our organizational goals in this competitive landscape.
