- JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
1. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) & CIM Administrator is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction.
They are the voice of the customer, ensuring that inquiries, quotes, orders, and internal program management are handled in such manner to meet / exceed customer expectations and the realities of internal operations.
The CSR is tasked with maintaining current customer revenue.
1. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) & CIM Administrator reports directly to the Office Manager while learning from, and working closely with, our Continuous Improvement Manager (CIM). The CIM currently handles all sales and processes for running our Flex division.
The Continuous Improvement Manager (CIM) is responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and improving the Midway Quality Management System to ensure customer expectations are met. The Flex Coordinator will assist with these tasks.
CIM acts as a project manager and technical resource to develop quality processes and procedures which drive process improvement and optimization. The Flex Coordinator will assist with these tasks.
CIM is responsible for assuring Midway is in compliance with ISO 9001 : 2015 standards. The Flex Coordinator will assist with these tasks.
Run the Flex division for our company which is a small part of our product line and revenue.
Assist the Continuous Improvement Manager (CIM) with daily administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, data entry, and correspondence.
Collaborate with the CIM to support and backfill the role and responsibilities.
Assist in collecting and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for efficiency improvements.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
