Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve production issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and process improvements.
- Utilize lean manufacturing principles to identify waste and streamline operations.
- Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes, including work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor production metrics and provide regular reports to management on performance and improvement initiatives.
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices and new technologies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean methodologies.
MUST HAVE LEAN Six Sigma experience.
Certified belt in Six Sigma preferred.
Proficient in CAD software and other engineering tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
