Job description: Senior Associate Attorney - Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation

• Compensation: $200k (based on experience, location, expertise)

Qualifications: Responsibilities:* Advise on ERISA, fiduciary duties, and IRC (409A, 280G).

• Draft/review executive compensation agreements.
• Conduct due diligence for M&A transactions.
• Perform legal research and analysis.
• Use legal research databases and Microsoft Office Suite.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in employee benefits/executive compensation law.
• Expertise in ERISA and IRC.
• M&A due diligence experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with legal databases and Microsoft Office.
