- 4-year Bachelors degree
- 5 years leadership experience in an industrial manufacturing operation.
- Must have experience with budgets and P&L
- Strong Computer Skills:
- Microsoft Office -- MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, etc.
- proficiency in use of Quality Systems
- ERP (NetSuite preferred) & MRP systems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Seeking a strong floor manager that's good at working with diverse teams.
