Job Description
We are looking for an Executive Recruiter for a large tech-client of our's who is in the SASS industry. This role is remote and contract. The contract is six-months, but has the possibility of extension or turning into full-time. The successful candidate will have experience recruiting sales executives.
Qualifications
- 5 years of recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting individuals at the executive level specifically for sales.
- Partner with the client to get a clear view on their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs
- Devise and carry out a targeted research strategies
- Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion
